Audio Visual Connection, Inc. was established in 1998. We began as a small “family owned and operated” corporation that put customer service first….and the rewards have followed.
     Since our inception, almost 12 years ago, we have maintained and expanded our client base to include numerous hotels, conference centers, corporations and organizations – most on an exclusive basis. Building relationships and providing ownership-quality service was the key to our early success and continues to drive our expansion. We are pleased to maintain longstanding relationships with several of our early customers such as Progress Energy, Florida Pediatric Cancer, JABIL Circuit, Forrest Pharmaceutical, The University of South Florida, The Association of Reproductive Healthcare Professionals and WFLA Channel 8 – to name a few.
     We have been selected as a preferred provider for many large entities and have traveled the United States from the Florida Keys to Napa Valley, California providing audiovisual equipment and staging services. Some of these are corporate customers, but many groups were introduced to AVC at one of our “in-house” hotels and because of our high service standards, we were asked,” will you travel with us to our next meeting?”
     We have exclusively provided equipment and services to over a dozen extended and limited service hotel properties in the Tampa Bay area and have long term contracts in prestigious hotels. Once our Hotels and Corporate Services Divisions were solidified in the Tampa Bay area, we set our sites on Texas. We have been operating a Hotels and Corporate Services Division in Houston, Texas since 2005 and then expanded to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area in 2007. We now also have “in-house” contracts with two Hilton properties in Texas.
Our reputation for opening new properties allowed us to also expand into Little Rock, AK in 2008. We helped open and provide our services to a brand new Conference Center near the airport.
Our signature is reviving existing properties revenues, which is often due to complacency. Our most recent request was to take over at a Hilton Conference Center and Resort in Marietta/Atlanta, GA.
With these numerous projects and further expansion in the works, we are extremely excited about the future. We are proud of our team and look forward to growing with them and our customers, both existing and new. The relationships that we began nearly 12 years ago – and since – are still going strong today! The relationships that we build upon tomorrow can be assured that we will always be there for them.
